the hotel's location was wonderful, near to 15 to 20 minutes up hill from the center of town as well as a cliff which means the sun goes down early in the afternoon. amazing breakfast with an excellent self made fresh squeezed orange juice straight from the property's orchard and option of omelettes and the best coffee, and the staff was pleasant and consistently courteous.

Spotless rooms with a pleasant garden view and executive bar area. Warm and large breakfast with yoghurt and including meats prepared by incredible staff.

The location is beautiful, with the hotel close to a cliff providing early sunset views. the restaurants are within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the town. the triple room is spacious and comes with air-conditioning.

Had a pleasant stay on vacation. Thanks to the really helpful staff everything was really good. - the room I booked was upgraded to higher levels. I had a fantastic time at Hilton Sorrento Palace. the staff was incredibly helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. My room was also upgraded to a higher level which was a nice surprise. my vacation was pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this hotel.

The rooms are a nice size and have panoramic views of the sea. Unbeatable and nice location on the coast, you can walk everywhere. - the poolside bar is fantastic, greatly enjoyed this place.

The hotel's complementary breakfast and shuttle to the city center were great perks. The location, nestled up on a hill overlooking the stunning coast, was breathtaking. The pool was a nice touch and ideal for a romantic escape.

The staff could have been more accommodating. The hotel lacked character and had a homogenous feel.

We stayed in a spacious family room with plenty of storage for our belongings. The beds were comfy and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful, and the pool area had a spectacular view of Vesuvius. The walk down to town was easy, but the uphill walk back was challenging.

The in-room safe being inside the fridge and requiring a key was inconvenient and outdated.

The room was amazing - beautiful, spacious, and with an incredible view. The beds were the most comfortable on our entire stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. we loved the hotel!
